Delivery & Returns
1.1 Shipping Methods and Times:
We offer shipping only within New Zealand. We have a fixed rate of $7 for most standard items purchased via our website (excluding coolers). We have a fixed rate of $16.40 for our coolers.
We offer free shipping on orders of two or more boxes of 1,000 Just Paper Cups.
Shipping times may vary based on busy periods and public holidays, however, most items will be dispatched within 3 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days.
Click and collect is available for standard items purchased via our website at our Auckland branch (103 Hugo Johnston Drive, Auckland).
Collection is available free of charge for our coolers at our Auckland branch (103 Hugo Johnston Drive), our Wellington branch (17 Toop Street, Seaview, Lower Hutt) and our Hamilton branch (27 Northway Street, Te Rapa).
1.2 Order Processing
Once the order is processed, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable.
1.3 Delivery Address:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses during checkout.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, and delivery attempts to incomplete addresses may result in additional charges or delays.
1.4 Delivery Delays:
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier delays may impact delivery schedules.
We are not liable for delays beyond our control but will work with customers to resolve any issues that arise.
2. Refunds and Returns Policy:
2.1 Refunds Processing:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Refunds may take additional time to reflect in the customer's account based on the payment processor's policies.
2.2 Damaged or Defective Items:
In the event of receiving a damaged or defective item, customers must notify us. Customers must contact us at customerservices@justlife.co.nz or 0800 801 802.
We may request photographic evidence or additional information to process a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items.
If a product is found to be faulty, we offer a full money-back guarantee. This guarantee is provided in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), which ensures that goods and services supplied to consumers meet certain standards, such as being of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and matching their description.
Our guarantee applies only to individuals who are consumers as defined under the CGA. Under the Act, consumers have the right to expect that the products they purchase will meet these standards, and if they do not, they are entitled to remedies such as a refund, replacement, or repair.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if our conditions have not been met or if we determine (at our sole discretion) that a request for a refund is part of an orchestrated campaign to abuse our refund policy.
2.3 Refund Exclusions:
Shipping fees, and certain other non-product fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are issued for the product's purchase price only, excluding any discounts or promotions applied at checkout.
