1. It starts with the right filtration technology.

There are many different ways to filter water. Still, we’ve chosen a multi-step filtration process to ensure our filter removes contaminants like chlorine, sediments, and heavy metals while keeping all the good natural minerals your body needs. Our multi-step process helps keep our water as refreshing as it should be:

Step 1: Carbon Bed Filter: Our first filtration step removes the sediments mentioned above and also helps filter out organic matter, including permanganates, ferrous iron salts, dichromates, silver salts, mercuric chloride, arsenates, and more!

Step 2 – 5 Micron Filter Cartridge: A 5 Micron filters out smaller particles which removes additional sediments from the water.

Step 3 – UV Treatment: This step uses ultraviolet light (240-280 nanometres) to eliminate bacteria and viruses.

Step 4 - 1-Micron Filter Cartridge: Yes, another filter that removes any remaining bacteria or viruses up to 99.9%, viruses, and microscopic particles.

Step 5 - Silver Ion Technology: This technology is the same advanced purification method used by NASA to provide final layer of microbial defense.

Step 6 – 25-Micron Final Filter: This final step ensures that any remaining sediments are captured, delivering only the highest-quality water.

Even the best filters lose efficiency over time. That’s why we follow a strict maintenance schedule, replacing filters regularly whether that’s at our water plant or the filters we provide. Every Fill-Your-Own water cooler is eligible for a complimentary yearly filter replacement. 3. Stringent testing & quality checks
