COVID-19 Alert Level 1 - Letter to Customers

To all our Just Water Customers,

We made it to Level 1!

And as life goes back to “normal”, we all realise that the post-lockdown world is quite different to what we are used to. This pandemic took us by surprise and without a handbook, we all worked together as a team of five million and we got through.

Things won’t go back to pre-Covid times yet for a while (if ever?), but one thing that remains the same is our promise to you, our customers; and that is to continue to deliver fresh, chilled water and keep you hydrated at home and at work, as we have done since 1989.

Our team is back in the office and our drivers are back on the roads, serving you to the highest standards as we always have. As per Level 1 guidelines, we are continuing to operate as a Safe Business and with the wellbeing of our team, and yours, remaining a clear priority, we continue to follow high hygiene practices.
