Our cooler service programme is the only programme in New Zealand to be ISO 9001:2008 certified. DrinkSafe® International is the leading Code of Practice for the servicing and sanitising of water-coolers in New Zealand.  It complies with all health & safety standards and is widely acknowledged as the most professional service within the industry. When you rent a water cooler with us you are guaranteed:
 

  • Unlimited FREE call-outs for all rental units.
  • FREE regular maintenance including:
    • Cleaning and sanitising the inside and outside of cooler, bottle and cap;
    • Sanitisation of cooling reservoir, taps and wastewater areas;
    • Checking and cleaning of filter housing;
    • Replacement of filter cartridges and hoses as required.
  • Complete service history recorded on each water cooler.
  • Independent and random water testing through an independent registered laboratory for your added assurance.

  • All of our bottling plants are independently audited and certified annually by the Australasian Bottled Water Institute (ABWI).

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a systematic preventative approach to food and pharmaceutical safety that addresses physical, chemical, and biological hazards as a means of prevention rather than finished product inspection. HACCP is used in the food industry to identify potential food safety hazards, so that key actions, known as Critical Control Points (CCPs) can be taken to reduce or eliminate the risk of the hazards being realized. The system is used at all stages of food production and preparation processes including packaging and distribution. 


The use of HACCP is currently voluntary in the bottled water industry. Despite this, Just Water believes it is important to ensure we provide a safe and high quality product and therefore have an HACCP programme in place in its 3 plants in Auckland, Hamilton and Wellington.  Our HACCP programme is internationally recognised and independently audited and approved annually by QMS Certification Services.
