Water Coolers

Are your coolers UL listed and NSF certified?

• Underwriters Laboratory is the globally recognised standard for product compliance.

• NSF (National Safety Foundation) is the world leader in public health and safety, and sets standards for water coolers to ensure that food safety compliance is achieved.

Just Water’s coolers are UL listed and NSF certified. 

Do you use licensed and registered plumbers to do your installations?

• With the exception of minor work like  changing tap washers, all plumbing work, repairs and sanitary plumbing in New Zealand must be carried out by a licensed registered plumber.  This is for health and safety reasons - a wrong plumbing connection could have serious consequences to your health.

• Plumbers in New Zealand are licensed by the New Zealand Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board.  Plumbers are required to have a current licence and you should always ask to see their licence.

• Also be aware that insurance companies may not cover your home or business if the work is not carried out by a licensed plumber. 

Just Water has an established national network of licensed plumbers and meets all New Zealand legal standards and insurance compliance.

 

Bottled Water

Do you belong to the Australasian Bottled Water Institute Inc?

• ABWI is the industry standards council and certifying organisation for water bottlers in Australasia, and ensures that bottled water companies comply with international standards.

Just Water is a member of ABWI.

What types of quality assurance accreditation does your bottling plant have?

Australasian Bottled Water Institute accreditation:

• ABWI certification guarantees you a quality product.  Passing a HACCP certification or any other certification process, does not mean that a supplier will comply with the ABWI Model Code.

• The ABWI program requires a commitment that goes above and beyond the minimum requirements of a food safety programme, ensuring the safety of your drinking water.  Some bottlers do not subject themselves to ABWI standards, and you use these bottlers at their own risk.

Just Water’s three New Zealand water bottling plants have ABWI certification.  Our plants are audited annually and in the most recent audit in October 2010 we achieved an audit mark of 100% at all plants. We welcome guests and invite you to tour our plants at any time.

HAACP accreditation:

• Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point or HACCP Is an international standard that provides a systematic preventive approach to food safety and pharmaceutical safety.

• HACCP is used in the food industry to identify potential food safety hazards, so that key actions can be taken to reduce or eliminate the risk of the hazards being realised. The system is used at all stages of food production and preparation processes including packaging, distribution, etc.

Just Water is HACCP certified.

Servicing

What servicing standards do you employ?

• DrinkSafe™ International is a full service cleaning and sanitisation program certified under AS/NZS ISO9001:2008.

Just Water is the only water cooler company in New Zealand to comply with DrinkSafe® International servicing standards.

Do you conduct regular random water testing?

In order to ensure compliance with DrinkSafe ® International standards, a Telarc certified laboratory randomly tests water from Just Water’s coolers around New Zealand on a monthly basis.

What does my monthly rental cover?

With Just Water your monthly rental covers:

• Installation of the water cooler (up to $200 which covers all standard installations)

• Your coolers will be professionally serviced to help you meet OSH guidelines.

• Unlimited free callouts for any issue regarding hygiene.

• Up to date record of servicing displayed on your cooler.
