Now that the restriction to boil all drinking water has been lifted there are a few easy steps you should follow in order to get your water cooler back up and running.

There is no requirement to service water coolers or change filters following the lifting of water restrictions, provided the prescribed procedure is followed. Customers whose units are operational and who were due for service in March or April will be contacted and visited by Julia, Jo or Jackie very soon. Additional services can be requested and will be charged at a rate of $75+GST per unit.
Like most business, this poses a massive logistical challenge for us and we will do the best we can to prioritise fairly and get to you as quickly as possible.
