Just Water is a publicly listed company, with operations throughout New Zealand and Australia.

Our two year Graduate Programme gives graduates, from any discipline, the opportunity to see and experience all aspects of a medium-sized New Zealand owned manufacturing and marketing company.

Successful applicants will be prepared to engage in and learn all aspects of the Company from delivering bottled water to Accounts Receivable to the Contact Centre.The programme is divided into four distinct modules, each for a minimum of 6 months.

At the end of the 2 year programme, the graduate will be well versed in all aspects of Customer Service, the manufacturing process, logistics and basic accounting functions.

Starting salary is $38,000, with quarterly $1,000 salary reviews on achieving specific KPI’s.

We want graduates who are prepared to get their hands dirty to learn the business and they need heaps of positive attitude; if they are going to fit in with the fun team at Just Water.
